He is survived by: his wife Mildred Pierce Maples; his daughters, Debbie Maples Smith and Kimberly Maples Fausak; his grandchildren, Jonathan Hughes (Kristy), Jocelyn Ely (Rick), Leah Fausak Parker (Park) and Kendall Fausak (Travis Daniels); his great grandchildren, Jonathan Hughes, Brenna Hughes, Blake Bowman and Ellie Grace Parker; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Pierce. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
