He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Ottis DeVine and Althea Ellen Bridges DeVine; and his siblings, Herschel Auburn DeVine and Betty DeVine Holt. He is survived by: his sons, Barry Ottis DeVine (Christy) of Athens and Brian Mack DeVine of Decatur; and his granddaughters, Hannah Lea Jarman (Jonathan) of Cleveland, TN and Savannah Grace Pritchett Hogan (Kane) of Danville, AL. He is also survived by 2 nieces; and 2 nephews.
