He is survived by: his wife Ada "Sissy" Knapp Webb; his children, Kimberly Webb Neal (David) and Bobby Ray Webb Jr. (Allison); his grandchildren, Tyler Harrigill (Casie), Ryan Curtis Harrigill and Avery "Booboo" Lane Webb; his great grandchild Robert Todd Harrigill Jr.; and his sister Debbe Tanner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
