She was predeceased by: her parents, Brodie Hornsby and Evlon Hornsby; her siblings, Jo Ann Frazier and James Simmons; and her son-in-law Winford Owens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Owens and Donna Warren (Dwight); her grandchildren, LaDonna Thornton and Ashley Rhinehart (Geoffrey); her great grandchildren, Jaiden, Luke and Sawyer Rhinehart; and her pets, Reecee, Milly and Tilly. She is also survived by her family and friends.
