It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Larkin Fomby of Tallassee, Alabama, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria McLain Fomby; and his siblings, Gwendolyn Weldon, Jeanette Dupriest, Hilda Grant, Anita Wilbanks and Wilba Fomby.

He is survived by: his children, Melanie Barry, Robert Fomby and Jay Fomby (Sue). He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Expressions of sympathy may be contributions in his memory to VFW Post 4572, 100 Otter Track Rd, Wetumpka, AL 36092 .
