With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ruth Kent of Tallassee, Alabama, who passed away on November 6, 2024 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Ruth Kent to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold R. Ingram and Gracie Mae Baker Ingram; her brothers, Chester Ingram and Charles "Teddy Bear" Ingram; and her son Shane Kent.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Hank Kent (Kayla), Brittany Kent, Gage Kent (Amanda), Stone Kent and Josh Thomas (Jessica); her sister Joann Johnston (Edlow); and her sister-in-law Anita Gayle Ingram. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riverside Heights Baptist Church (495 Little Rd, Tallassee, AL 36078). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
