She was predeceased by: her parents, William Esko and Minnie Lee Waites; her husband Bennie Ray Hornsby; and her siblings, Bertha Waites, Inell Mask (Ernest), Elizabeth Heath (Al), Barbara Jean Durham (Charlie), James Waites (Era), Glenn Waites (Lorraine), David Waites (Ollie) and Gerald Waites (Dot).
She is survived by: her children, Scott Hornsby (Cindy), Hal Hornsby (Lori) and Melinda Skinner; her grandchildren, Justin Skinner (Tobi), Bill Holliday (Kim) and Brooke Motes (Jerry); her great grandchildren, Hope Whitehead (Richard), Hayden Holliday, Daniel Holliday, Chase Motes (Christen), Kynlee Motes, Eden Wisener, Ensley Skinner and Waylon Skinner; her great great grandchild Whitley Ray Whitehead; her sister Clara; and her siblings-in-law, Fred Heydenreich of Crawfordsville, FL and Barbara Hornsby of Tuckers, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
