She was predeceased by: her parents, H. C. Bennett and Martha Bennett; and her sister Betty Jean Bennett. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bobby" Murchison; her children, Tanya Murchison Hibbard and Paige Murchison Atkisson (David); her grandchildren, Katie Cole (Scott), Abbie Otwell (Daryl), Rob Atkisson (Maci) and Reg Atkisson; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Cole, Colyn Cole, Caroline Cole, Addy Atkisson and Bae Bae Otwell.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Wetumpka Building Fund.
