She was predeceased by: her husband Aubrey Wayne Benton; her parents, Odell Thrift and Margaret Thrift; and her son Chip. She is survived by: her children, Darin McCoy (Gina), Dale Duet (Lisa), Joanne Harrison (Jonathan), Angela Benton Correro and Amanda Gresham; and her granddaughters, Ashley Epstein, Tiffany McCoy, Taylor May, Emily Rodgers, Robin Ray and Victoria Correro. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
