He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Andrew Achimon and Gay Nell Achimon. He is survived by: his wife Emma Jo Pollard Achimon; his children, Andy Achimon (Diane) and Joanna Achimon; his grandchildren, Anna Kristen Garsnett (Jeffrey) and Thomas Mathew Hussey (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Judson Hussey, Juniper Hussey and Foster Hussey; and his brother Stan Achimon (Sara).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1279 Friendship Rd, Tallassee, AL 36078). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
