We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2024, at the age of 87, Geneva C Sherrer (Tallassee, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Geneva has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Arthur "Buddy" and Fannie Mae Walls Clayton; her siblings, Genie Ruth Clayton, Elizabeth Ann Clayton, Howard Lee Clayton, Winston Clayton and Larry Earl Clayton; and also Gerard Boles.
She is survived by: her husband Morrell Sherrer; her daughter Genie Boles; and her grandson John Paul Anton Boles.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the East Tallassee Baptist Church (314 Central Blvd, Tallassee, AL 36078). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
