She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Dean and Lou Ella Dean; her husband Tom; her granddaughter Kimberly Anne Grant; and her siblings, Charles Dean, Roxie Cook, Christine Jones and Shirley King.

She is survived by: her children, Brian "Bubba" Grant (Tina), Marie Grant (Tony) and Beverly Johnston; her grandson Brian Allen Grant (Punkin); and her sisters, Charlene Mask and Marlene Moncus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
