He was predeceased by: his stepfather James Massey; his grandparents, Marry Ellen, Lehman Fomby, Frances Wadsworth and JD Peters; his siblings, Michael Massey and Linda Massey; his granddaughter Ann Creamer; and his brother-in-law James Wendell Carlisle, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Wendy Fomby; his children, Josh Fomby, Brandon Fomby (Loren), Audrey Moran (Jordan), Sarah Foley (Zach) and Johnathon Creamer (Amy); his grandchildren, Sadie Grace, Kylee Moran, Mary Hanlyn, Mavie Kay, Maggie Ruth Fomby, JJ and Christopher Creamer; his parents, Kay Massey and Kenny Fomby; his brothers, Mark Fomby (Donna) and David Massey; and his parents-in-law, Becky Carlisle and James W. Carlisle.
