He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Perkins and Raymond Perkins; and his brother Ray Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy McLemore Perkins; his son Michael Reed Perkins (Tammy); his grandson Jayson Perkins; and his siblings, Brenda Scott (Lynn), Jerry Perkins (Layla) and Dennis Perkins (Gail).
