She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Joe Chandler; her parents, Huel Harvey Wilson and Mary Nell Brooks Wilson; her son Virgal Monroe Chandler; her sisters, Saralou Sewell and Elaine Champion; and her grandson Tyler Chandler.
She is survived by: her children, Tammie Chandler McWhorter (Dewayne), Randy Joe Chandler (Brandy), William Paul Chandler (Stephanie) and Donald Ray Chandler (Patty); her siblings, Mary Browning, Charlotte Latham, Caroline Miller and Harvey Wilson; her grandchildren, Austin Chandler, Brittany Crowfoot, Bradley Chandler, David Chandler, Leighann McBride, Dekota Chandler, Bria Chandler and Morgan McDonald; her great grandchildren, Jameson Chandler, Alon Crowfoot, Jackson Chandler, Weston McBride and Stella McDonald; and her pet Molly.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Usrey Funeral Home (516 North St E, Talladega, AL 35160). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
