He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Erastus "Buck" and Maebelle "Bell" Williams; his siblings, Howard Williams Sr., Lula Mae Taylor and Josephine "Josey" Williams; and his great-nephew Joey Williams.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Anna Leigh; his wife Judy Williams; his children, Kim Williams Newman (Reece) and Keith Williams; and his granddaughter Anna Leigh Williams Sylestine (Jaron). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
