He is survived by: his siblings, Greg Webber (Pricilla) and Cynthia Knowles; and his children, Scott Webber (Gloria), Jeff Webber (Claire) and Diana Smith. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
