She is survived by: her children, Alton Cheeks (Kim), Rodney Cheeks, Christie Watson (Cevin) and Ellen Bean; her grandchildren, Crystal Mosley, Ashley Bounds, Josh Cheeks, Taylor Cheeks, Zach Cheeks, Shelby Cheeks, Liam Cheeks, Patrick Colley of Caitlin Lathem, J. T, Lexy Lathem and Logan Lathem; her siblings, Sandra Allen, Mary Jones and Gerald Allen; her close friend Doris Hart; and her pet Maggie Mae. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Usrey Funeral Home (516 North St E, Talladega, AL 35160). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
