She was predeceased by: her parents, E. D. Stewart and Reba Stewart; and her sister Patsy Hall. She is survived by: her husband Rickey Nelson; her children, David Summers, Steven Summers, Judd Nelson and Amanda Nelson; her grandchildren, Kayleigh Nelson Pyles (L. J.), Nelson Summers and Howard Summers; and her great grandchildren, Amir Pyles, Carmen Pyles and Sage Pyles.
