He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Thomas and Jimmy Thomas; his siblings, Billy Thomas, Ronnie Thomas, Jeff Thomas, Mary Cheatwood and Pat Osborn; and his sister-in-law Helen Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Thomas; his children, Javan Thomas (Christyn) and Shady Herrington (Rock); his grandchildren, Shanna Kamppinen, Nathan Herrington, Reilly Thomas, Campbell Thomas, Kennedy Thomas and Savannah Griffin; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Kamppinen and Natalie Kamppinen; his brothers, Les Thomas (Sherry) and Jimmy W. Thomas; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Thomas and Sarah Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
