He was predeceased by: his father Larry Junior Tillery Sr.; and his brother Willie Earl Tillery. He is survived by: his mother Emma Earline Tillery; and his sister Carol Hendon (Ricky). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
