He was predeceased by: his parents, C. E. Wade and Bonnie Jarrett Wade; his sons, David Wayne and Daniel Blake Wade; and his siblings, Mary Elaine Wade, Judy Wade Harvell, Myra Jo Wade Gaither, John E. Burton and Ernest Oliver "Tom" Burton.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Crawford Wade; his children, Glenn Wade (Sharon) and Jessica Bigbee (Wayne); his grandchildren, Christopher Bigbee, Kayla Bigbee, Brody Bigbee, Scott Hill, Sean Hill, Samantha Smith and Madden Smith Wade; his great grandchildren, Alice Hill, Casper Hill and Nayla; his siblings, Jimmy Ray Wade (Cathy), Jean Wade Haynes and Patricia Wade Gaither; and his nieces and nephews, Sandy Harvell and his Dr. and Cracker Barrell buddies, Connie Colley and Kevin Smith. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to Red Door Kitchen.
