He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter D. Walton and Mattie Estelle Cooper; and his siblings, Dot Kemp, Walter H. Walton, Andy C. Walton, Earlene Davis, Robbie Horton and Wade Walton.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Marie Broomhall Walton; his siblings, Sue Shaw, Nancy Brasher and Gary C. Walton; his children, Connie Miller, Greg Walton (Melissa), Don Walton (Connie), Patty McIntire and Eric Walton (Beth); and his grandchildren, Marie Pasco (Erik), Chris Miller (Lacy), Eva Kendrick (Kathryn), Ally Wallen (Zach), Shelby Walton, Miranda Bullock, Heather Cowart (Ryan), Heath Walton (Cortney), Maggie Isben (Kyle), Dillon McIntire, Courtney Crow (Cody), Jonathan Walton, Lauren Hernandez (Victor), Jessica Brown and Tripp Brown. He is also survived by his 22 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
