He is survived by: his children, Delisa Lynn Hubbard Magouyrk (James), Kimala Joy Hubbard Rich (Jon) and Jeffery Scott Hubbard (Amy); his grandchildren, Billy Ray Hubbard, Deanna Hubbard Cook, Chelsea Hubbard, Lashay Magouyrk Estes, Wesley Rich, Lauren Rich May, Lindsey Weldon, Ashley Oliver and Cole Oliver; and his siblings, Bobby Gene Hubbard, Rachel Hubbard Gaither and Joyce Ann Hubbard Ferrell. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
