He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brasher and Mary Brasher Sr.; and his siblings, Wayne Brasher and Joyce Brasher Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Lottie Haynes; his daughters, Brenda Thomas (Rodney) and Judy Jackson (Wayne); and his brother Larry Brasher. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
