He was predeceased by: his grandmother Brooke Horn; and his great-grandparent Carolyn Horn. He is survived by: his parents, Jayden Horn and Kaylyn Harper; his grandparents, Jason Horn, April Potts and Joshua Harper; his great-grandparents, Billy Horn, Henry, Sara Potts and Anita Rowell; and his brother Jared Horn. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
