He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Ray Mayo. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Williams; his wife Colleen Mayo; his children, Lindsey Mckibbon (Brandon), Ashleigh Blackburn (Jason) and Tyler Mayo (Katelyn); his grandchildren, Shepherd Mckibbon, Hattie Blackburn and Adalynn Mayo; and his siblings, Rodney Mayo and Tracy Sanders. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
