He is survived by: his wife Ellen Pugh Germany; his niece Judy G. Hubbard (Glenn); his nephew Joe W. Germany Jr. (Rosemary); and his great-nephew Joe W. Germany III (Shani). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Germany Cemetery.
