It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack O'Neal Burk of Talladega, Alabama, who passed away on December 30, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Burk and Betty Burk. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Ann Burk and William O'Neal Burk; his sister Jan Williams; and his grandchildren, Griffin Burk and Paige Burk.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shiloh Methodist Church, 181 Shiloh Ln, Talladega, AL 35160.
