She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Shade Gaither and Margaret Geneva Gaither; her husband Billy Wayne Neville; and her siblings, Steve Dickson Gaither and Alice Faye Parton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shana Camara (Luke Camara) and Dana Theilacker (Chris Theilacker); her grandchildren, Kaela Camara, Rebekah Theilacker, Mayer Camara, Anna Theilacker, Elli Camara and Karis Camara; and her siblings, Sara Ann Pilkington, Jewel Dean Russell, Inez Ferguson, Danny Gaither and Ralph Gaither. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
