He is survived by: his wife Mary Reaves; his children, Lucas Fowler (Tara) and Samantha Vines (David); and his sisters, Darlene Charles, Lura Phillips (Harold), Nancy Mitchell (Sydney) and April Anglin (Mark). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
