He was predeceased by: his parent Charlie; his wife Mary Baughn Wood; and his brothers, Robert C. and John Franklin Wood. He is survived by: his son Charles L. Wood Jr. (Robin); his grandchildren, Dade, Mackenzie and Hallie Wood; and his great grandchild Ophelia Lee.
