He is survived by: his daughter Misti Dawn Floyd (Gregg); his grandchildren, Peyton Floyd (Caitlin), Alex Floyd, Connor Bullard and Cory Bullard; his great grandchild Teagan Floyd; his friends, Wayne and Lolly Whittington; and his caregivers, Pegge Floyd and Greg Hunter.
