He is survived by: his children, Conner Womack (Robin Hunter Womack) and Mikamy Reed; his parents, Roger Womack and Ruby Womack; and his grandchildren, Isaiah Womack of Sylvania, Hendrix Womack of Sylvania, Emberlee Womack of Sylvania, Azrael Reed of Sylvania and Atticus Reed of Sylvania.
