He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Ludie Patterson; his wife Ruth Tilley Patterson; his daughters, Aletha Bowen (Steve) of Fort Payne and Laura Houk (Eddie) of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Price Lawrence (Jessica) of Laceys Spring, Madison Bowen (Kayla) of Huntsville, Landry Bowen of Fort Payne, Clay Houk and Anna Ford (Forrest); his great grandchildren, Litton of Huntsville and Ann Collins Ford of Huntsville; and his sister Bernice Braud (Neelis) of Louisiana.
