He was predeceased by: his parents, Jurl Izell and Olene Izell; his son Dewight Izell; and his brother Nelson Izell. He is survived by: his children, Shasta Izell (Jeff Crump), Dale Izell (Tina) and Amy Guinn (Tim); his brother Jimmy Izell (Pat); and his sister-in-law Louise Izell. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren.
