Chip is survived by: son Austin Blake Sizemore of Sylvania, AL; parents, Charles Sizemore and Debbie Sizemore of Sylvania, AL; siblings, Chad Sizemore (Candace) of Henagar, AL and Carley Windsor (John) of Sylvania, AL; nephew Hank Windsor of Sylvania, AL; nieces, Halle Sizemore, Eva Sizemore and Charley Windsor; grandparents, George, Charlie Sizemore Russell and Donnie Wilks; and also Jennifer Walker.
