He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Vines and Audrey Vines (Evans). He is survived by: his wife Judy Chamblee Vines; his daughter Ashley; his son-in-law Justin Merritt; his sister Rebecca; his brother-in-law Tom Booth; his uncle Glenn Evans (Cathy); and his sibling-in-law Church. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
