He is survived by: his wife Dawn Hudgens Wade; his daughters, Mollie McCown (Joe), Gina Warren (David), Amanda Wade and Amber Christen (Michael); and his brothers, Jerry Wade (Mary) and Freddy Wade. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
