He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Cook Sr. and Mildred Johnson Cook; and his brothers, John T. Cook, Anthony Cook and Bobby Wayne Cook.
He is survived by: his friend His Fathers; his children, Carlitta LaTanya Cook, Lee Cook and LaFreta Curry; his grandson LaDauien Allen; his siblings, Mattie Hardy (Charles) of Atlanta, Helen Phillips (Frank) of Childersburg, Jerry Cook of Winterboro, Eddie Cook (Renae) of Atlanta and Sherman Cook (Syluia) of Alpine; and his aunt Annie Laura Dudson of Childersburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
