He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Lewis and Thera Lewis; and his wife Sandra Coleman Lewis. He is survived by: his son Stephan Lewis (Melissa); his granddaughter Ally Lewis; his brother Jerry Lewis (Rhonda); his sister-in-law Janice Reams; and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research hospital.
