He was predeceased by: his wife Jean McNeill; his parents, Archie McNeill and Elberta McNeill; his grandson Jacob McNeill; and his siblings, Francis Ledbetter, Margene Williams, Eunice McNair and James McNeill.
He is survived by: his children, Scotty McNeill (Cynthia), Kelly McNeill (Shonnie), Jason McNeill (April) and Ashley McNeill. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
