He is survived by: his wife Eloise Frost; and his children, Michael Frost (Teresa), Cynthia Collins (Jimmy), Randy Benefield (Cindy), Marcia McMahan (Michael) and Jackie Tetherow (Bryan). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
