He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Dorsey of Pasadena, CA, Anthony Smith (Marva) of Dayton, Fred Sheppard of Atlanta, GA, Dewitt Sheppard (Tracy) of Wedowee, AL, Regina Pate, Patricia Pate of Dayton, Mary Anderson of Birmingham, AL, Faye Sheppard and Lisa Sheppard of Wedowee, AL; his uncle Eddie Pate of Dayton; and his aunt Corrine Luteraan (Fred) of Wedowee, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
