He was predeceased by: his father Thomas L. Bullard; his daughter LeeAnn Bullard; and his sister Janeene Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Roberson; his mother Faye Bullard of Weogufka; his children, Mark Bullard of Talladega and Allison Bagley (Chad) of Pell City; his grandchildren, Andrew Bagley of Conner Bagley, C. J, Jacob Knight (Grace), Adam Barnett (Adara), Kyleigh Bagley and Cheyann Yager (Gage Cain); his siblings, David Bullard (Wanda) of Weogufka and Vivian Ogle (Keith) of Stewartville; and his great grandchild Bryce Barnett. He is also survived by 32 nieces and nephews.
