She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Creel and Ruby Creel; her daughter Nancy Villalba; her siblings, Gwendolyn Graham and Charles Creel; and her grandson Casey Villalba.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Caldwell (Gerald) and Ben Head (Misty); her grandchildren, Leslie Price (A. J.), Carolina Head, Tess Head, Josh Caldwell and Elijah Head; her great grandchildren, Macey Villalba, Chase Price, Barrett Price, Angel Patterson and Henry Head; and her sister Carolyn Greene.
