He was predeceased by: his wife Daisy Bailey; his daughters, Renee Culver and Regina Ezekiel; his parents, James Bailey and Annie Bailey; and his siblings, Floyd Bailey and Gertrude Jones.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Tommy Culver (Gina), Rhonda Culver, Randy Culver (Dana), Tina Ezekiel and Brad Ezekiel (Susan); and his siblings, Sarah Barnes (Hugh), Mary Jean McEwen (Buddy) and Johnny Bailey (Debbie). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
