He was predeceased by: his father Merle Green; his wife Karen Vause Green; and also Carolyn. He is survived by: his children, Katie Norton (Chris), Robert and Travis; his brother Leslie Green (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Sawyer Green, Rebecca Green, John David Norton and Luke Norton.
