He is survived by: his wife Janice Hamilton Self; his daughters, April Hampton Hamilton (Mark) and Tammy Hampton McDonald; his grandchildren, Travis Warren McDonald, Madeline Leigh McDonald and Kennedy Ireland Hamilton; and his nephew Chris Self (Christie).
