He was predeceased by: his daughter Vicky Dean Wesson; his siblings, Elbert Wayne Wesson and Eleanor Joyce Justice; and his parents, Elbert Wesson and Blanche Wesson.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Brewer Wesson; his sons, Keith Wesson (Julie), Chris Wesson (Karen) and Dewain Wesson (Amy); his sisters, Betty Jean Browning and Barbara Dennis; and his grandchildren, Joshua Wesson, Justin Wesson, James Davis, Meagan Wesson, Devin Blakely, Rachel Wesson, Payton Cheeks and Jordan Raines. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
